Widening participation
Competition for places on undergraduate courses is fierce, particularly for subjects leading to careers in healthcare. The Faculty wants the best students and knows that talented and able students can come from all kinds of backgrounds.
The aim of widening participation is to make sure the Faculty’s student body is as diverse as possible. For more information about the University’s strategies to widen participation, please see the University schools and colleges information pages. These host details of events and activities aimed to support young people in accessing healthcare careers, and other subjects across the University.
